Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include a photo or video showing the issue
We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
You will not be required to return the item in most cases.
Order not received
If your order does not arrive within 25 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items, opened grooming products, or items damaged after use.
