We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partner and include tracking information.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update while the carrier scans the parcel into their system.


Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.


Delays

Occasionally, shipping may take longer than expected due to:

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will assist you with a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Velmora Pets is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. However, we will always try to help resolve the issue where possible.
